Gary Roper

Gary Roper has worked in the electronics industry since 1988, starting as a Tech Service Rep at Dynachem. Gary then moved to H-R Industries as VP Quality and Process Control in 1990. In 2003, they became Director of Quality at One Source Group, where they led both the Circuit Board Manufacturing facility and the Circuit Assembly facility to their initial ISO9001 Certification. In 2007, they became the Founder/President of Roper Resources, Inc and Master IPC Trainer at Blackfox Training Institute, LLC. In 2010, they became Quality Director at Global Innovation Corp and in 2014, they and their wife purchased the Red Gate Inn, which they turned into a Bed and Breakfast. In 2015, they began working at Alternate Systems LLC as Director of Quality and in 2016, they became VP Quality at Strokes"R"Us. As VP Quality, they used their Management Systems experience to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage continual improvement.

Gary Roper graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1972 with a Master's degree in Math, which they obtained between 1965 and 1972.
