Brian Rubins is the Director and Founder at Alternative Bridging Corporation, where they have spent over 50 years in property finance, initially as a broker and later in merchant banking. In 1993, they established Southern Group Limited, focusing on property finance broking and short-term lending, which eventually evolved into ABC and became a primary focus of their career. They are responsible for policy, strategic alliances, and overseeing credit and marketing functions within ABC. Passionate about the creative aspects of business, Brian finds the ever-changing property finance market fascinating. Residing in Central London, Brian enjoys playing bridge and golf in their leisure time, balancing work with family life, which includes a spouse, four children, and seven grandchildren.
