Keren Jacob

Keren Jacob is a seasoned professional in customer success management with a strong background in team leadership and account management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Alternative Payments since May 2023, Keren previously held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Success at Thriver from January 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included hiring and training a high-performing team and managing top-tier accounts. Keren's career also includes significant roles at Platterz, progressing from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager and subsequently to Accounts Team Lead between May 2016 and January 2020.
