Kip Smith is the Founder and CEO of Alternetics, LLC, established in September 1999, focusing on providing exceptional service and support for companies in their digital transformation efforts. Previously, Kip served as Vice President of Sales at DAOU Systems, managing all sales and marketing efforts for enterprise IT service contracts in the healthcare sector. At Dish Network, Kip held the position of Regional Director for the West, overseeing multi-office operations and a significant P&L, and previously restored operational soundness in Dallas as Director of Operations. Kip's early career includes various roles at EchoStar Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Inside Sales Representative to Director of Operations, managing revenues between $50M-70M. Kip graduated with a BS in Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1992.
