Stuart Wilson

Stuart Wilson has significant experience in the development and construction industry. Stuart began their career as a Quantity Surveyor at Kumagai-Entrecanales-Cubiertas (KEC) JV, MTRC Contract 503C Kowloon Station from January 1997 to September 1999. Stuart then joined Altus Group Cost Consulting and Project Management in October 1999, where they worked as a Senior Director specializing in project monitoring, financing proformas, construction estimates, cashflow models, and problem-solving. Wilson stayed with Altus Group until May 2017. In May 2017, they moved to Alterra Developments as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for various aspects of the business and development projects, ranging from feasibility analysis to final closing. Stuart also became President of Alterra Developments in May 2023. Additionally, they served as a Director and Member of the Board at Property.ca from August 2018 to March 2022.

Stuart Wilson received a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, specializing in Project Management, from Glasgow Caledonian University. Stuart completed their education between 1991 and 1996.
