We don't build walls – we create beautiful real estate where business comes to life.

Our projects include:
PORT – the largest logistics center in western Ukraine with its own lake and ecosystem for business;
FORMATSIA.LVIV – Ukraine's first industrial park based on the quadruple helix model, where science, business, and the state come together to create innovation;
PROSTIR – an inclusive Scandinavian-style logistics center in the middle of a forest;
PERETYN – a logistics center with Ukraine's first stabilized wood warehouse.

145 629 m² has already been commissioned.

In 2023, we were included in Forbes Ukraine's list of promising Ukrainian companies, NEXT-250. In 2024, we received two prestigious awards. Co-founders Victoria and Dmytro Kovalchuk won the title of “Best Medium-Sized Family Business of 2024” in the Family Business Award competition. And at the Ukraine Building Awards 2024, our FORMATSIA.LVIV project was recognized as the “Best Industrial Park Project.”
We believe that commercial real estate is not just walls. It is a space where innovation is born, business develops, and dreams come true. That is why every detail in our projects is created with people and beauty in mind and works for the efficiency of your business — from autonomous power systems to our own lake on the territory of the complex.
