Dave Wright

Dave Wright is currently the Director of Asset Management at Alterra Property Group, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Asset Management at Independence Realty Trust Inc. and held the title Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management at EQT Exeter from 2023 to 2025. Dave's experience includes internships at Henderson Brothers, Inc. and Duff & Phelps in 2015 and 2016, respectively. They completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 and are pursuing a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.
