Dr. Marcus Orlowski

Dr. Marcus Orlowski has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Dr. Marcus currently holds the role of Head of Strategy & Business Development at Alterric GmbH. Prior to that, they worked at Enercon GmbH as the Head of Business Development, where they were responsible for developing corporate and sales strategies, establishing global sales management, and representing the company in public. Before Enercon, Dr. Orlowski held various positions at Labinal Power Systems, including Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Solution Line Cabin Interior Design & Retrofits. Dr. Marcus also worked at Lufthansa Technik AG as a Manager of Account Management & Customer Services and as a Project Manager. Dr. Orlowski's early career included positions at DLR, where they served as a Manager of X-38 Design Support and as a Research Associate.

Dr. Marcus Orlowski earned their PhD in Engineering from Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from the same institution from 1988 to 1994. In 1992, they completed a Student Research Project at Arizona State University.
