Sitha Stuebe has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and development. Sitha currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Alterric. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Friedrich Vorwerk Unternehmensgruppe, where they were responsible for HR management for the company's 1,800 employees. Sitha has also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for R&M Group and the Director of Human Resources for the Richard Borek Group. Sitha has a proven track record of successfully restructuring and downsizing companies, integrating new entities into existing organizational structures, and developing HR strategies to support overall business objectives.
