Jon Simmonds is a high-impact global technology leader with extensive experience in building and managing large, high-performing teams. They served as VP and Head of Equities Technology at Barclays Investment Bank from 2011 to 2015, overseeing over 100 staff members. As Vice President of Engineering and MD of the CZ Tech Center at Mastercard from 2020 to 2023, they significantly grew the site and reorganized the global technology group.
