Ihor Pavlenko

Ihor Pavlenko has over 7 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Ihor began their career in 2015 as a QA Engineer at NIX. In 2017, they joined AltexSoft as a QA Engineer and was quickly promoted to Senior QA Engineer, QA Resource Manager, and QA Competency Lead. As QA Competency Lead, they were responsible for developing the QA department, managing people, and creating processes for continuous improvement. In 2021, they moved to N-iX as an SDO Competence Manager and is currently serving as Head of PMO at AltexSoft.

Ihor Pavlenko obtained a Master's degree in Aircraft Engines and Power Plants from the National Aerospace University -'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'\u200b between 2010 and 2016. Ihor has also obtained certifications from Coursera, Udemy, and AXELOS Global Best Practice, including Negotiation Skills: Negotiate and Resolve Conflict (2022), Leading Transformations: Manage Change (2022), Creating Measures and Metrics in ITSM (2021), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (2019), AWS Serverless APIs & Apps - A Complete Introduction (2019), Python & Selenium WebDriver from Skratch (2018), and Understanding Docker and Using it for Selenium Automation (2018).
