Oleksandr Demianenko

Oleksandr Demianenko has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Oleksandr started their career at Nestlé as a Compensations & Benefits specialist in 2010. Oleksandr then moved on to SKF Ukraine, where they served as a Compensations & Benefits Expert until 2012. After that, they joined CRH Ukraine as the Country Compensation and Benefits Manager and Head of HR for PJSC Mykolaivcement until 2016. Oleksandr then worked at VimpelCom as a C&B Manager in Shared Service Center for a year. In 2018, they joined Idea Bank (Getin Holding S.A. group) as the HRD for Ukraine, where they stayed until 2022. During this time, they took on the role of People & Culture Country Manager (Ukraine) at World Vision from September 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working at AltexSoft as a People Program Manager, starting in May 2023. With each role, Oleksandr has gained experience in various aspects of people management and has contributed to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and the well-being of staff.

Oleksandr Demianenko pursued higher education from 2003 to 2008 at the National University of Ostroh Academy, where they obtained a specialist degree in Finance. Oleksandr then furthered their education from 2012 to 2014 by taking externally courses at Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University. During this period, they completed a specialist degree in Psychology.
