Tim Scales

Tim Scales is currently the Associate Director - Yorkshire at althaus, where they focus on bridging the UK's digital skills gap. Previously, Tim held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Development at Just IT and Head of Business Development at BPP, specializing in apprenticeships and workforce development. Tim has also served as a Client Director at Avado and worked as an Employer Services Manager at Ingeus. They earned a BA (Hons) in English and History from Leeds Beckett University.
