Ashley Siler

Ashley Siler has extensive experience in marketing and human resources, currently serving as the Marketing and HR Manager at Althea since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing all social media platforms, public relations, and developing comprehensive marketing campaigns. Previously, Ashley owned Apricot Lane Boutique from April 2022 to June 2024 and worked as a Real Estate Broker at Allen Tate Companies from March 2017 to September 2019, providing guidance and marketing support to clients. Earlier roles included positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Masterplan and Training Manager at The Men's Wearhouse. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
