Alaa Assaf

Alaa Assaf is currently a Senior UI/UX at Altibbi. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Agent at Shipa from August 2019 to July 2020. In that role, they were responsible for providing customer support for people’s orders, by taking inbound calls and making outbound calls and resolving issues calmly without upsetting any of the parties involved. Alaa also helped people on live chat and emails. This experience added to their communication skills and the ability to work with a team.

Alaa Assaf received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology. Alaa also has a High School Diploma from Al Jazeera School. In addition, they have certification from Neo4j in Neo4j Certified Professional and certification from Zend by Perforce in Zend certified engineer.

Alaa Assaf works with Mai Aqel - Product Manager, Moath Kharabsheh - Doctor Liaison Officer and Product Manager, and Maaike Bak - Senior Product Manager. Moath Mohammad - UI/UX Designer, Mohammad Taher - Senior UI/UX report to Alaa Assaf. Alaa Assaf reports to May Fayyad, Product Management Team Lead.
