Heidi Solheim has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heidi began their career in 2001 at Wireless Data Services, where they worked as a Multi-lingual Data Support Engineer for a year before being promoted to European Desk Team Leader - Mobile data support. Heidi continued to work in this role until 2004.
In 2004, Heidi joined the University of Southampton, where they held the position of Learning Designer/Educational Technologist/Web Officer for more than eight years, until 2012.
In the same year, Heidi started working at Altibox AS, initially as a Process Analyst for five months, and then as a Business Analyst from December 2012 onwards. Heidi'stenure at Altibox AS is ongoing, with no specified end date.
Heidi Solheim has a diverse education history. In 1996-1999, they attended the University of Bergen (UiB), where they obtained an Equiv BA (Hons) degree in German with Sociology and Humanistic Informatics. Heidi further pursued their education at the University of Southampton, obtaining an MSc degree in Computer Based Learning and Training from 2005-2008. In the same year, they also completed a PGCERT in Online and distance education from The Open University. Additionally, in 2008-2009, they took a part-time course at the University of Southampton, focusing on Dutch for beginners.
Furthermore, Heidi Solheim has obtained several additional certifications. In January 2009, they achieved the ITIL Foundation (v2) certification. Then, in October 2010, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification. Later, in November 2012, they completed the Business Process Framework (eTOM) Level 2 and Frameworx Level 2 certifications from the TM Forum.
