André Augusto

André Augusto is an experienced professional in the field of technology, currently serving as a Product Owner for Service Assurance solutions at Altice Labs since December 2009. In this role, André oversees the Resource Monitoring product, ensuring quality delivery and maximizing product value within a Kubernetes-based SaaS model. Previously, André worked as a Project Manager and Solutions Architect, leading innovative solutions in mediation and also served as a Software Developer at Portugal Telecom Inovação, where contributions included managing projects related to Configuration Management Systems for mobile operators. Additionally, André has a solid foundation in software development from early positions at WITHUS technology factory, where skills in J2EE, middleware, and network management were honed. André holds a Master’s Degree in Computers and Telematic Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2005.
