Process Improvement Analyst

Fernando Martinez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in process improvement, management, and engineering. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Analyst at AlticeDo since April 2022, Fernando is responsible for documenting internal and customer service operations while facilitating workflow modeling and consulting on process methods. As the General Manager of Pal de Tragos Bar since December 2017, Fernando oversees daily operations and manages the cost structure for products. Previous roles include Lead Designer at Eaton, Management Trainee at Sansouci Ports, and Marketing Project Manager at Grupo Mercasid, highlighting expertise in design, compliance management, project management, and operations analysis.
