Thomas Gerster has extensive experience in law enforcement and compliance, having worked as an investigator for Bagmandspolitiet (SØIK) from March 2019 to October 2020, focusing on money laundering. Prior to that, Thomas served in various roles at Rigspolitiet from August 2005 to February 2015, including local police officer and investigator handling serious crimes. Since November 2015, Thomas has also been a temporary educational assistant at Altiden, supporting young individuals with autism.
