Tayla Payne

Tayla Payne is currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Altima, where they contribute to the mission of empowering diverse finance leaders within the tech industry. Prior to this role, Tayla held the position of Operations Executive at Green Park, a consultancy known for its focus on diversity and inclusion in leadership. From 2018 to 2024, Tayla worked at Acorn Group Ltd, initially as a Customer Service Professional and later as Assistant Operations Manager, where they managed key operational responsibilities and communication channels. Tayla is also pursuing their education at Howick College.
