Hans Michel has worked in the IT and customer service industry since 2003. Hans began their career at Digicel as a Senior IT/VAS Engineer in 2003. In 2009, they moved to Best Buy Canada as a Computer Services Expert. In 2010, they joined MicroAge, Toronto as a Technology Deployment Analyst, where they provided within SLA responses to corporate users requiring assistance with Windows XP, Windows 7 OS and financial application software. In 2012, they joined Fixmo as a Product Support Specialist, providing application support and consultation with customer's MDM software. In 2014, they moved to BlueCat as a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer (TAM), where they served as the main point of contact and partner for high touch, enterprise customers. Hans also acted as a liaison between Professional Services, Sales and Product teams. In 2020, they joined Wisedocs as a Technical Account Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Altinity, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager.
Hans Michel attended Centennial College from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Computer Systems Networking. Hans also attended BorderCom International from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained IT Certifications. In addition, Hans Michel has obtained several certifications, including Introduction to SQL from the University of Waterloo in June 2021, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER in October 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in December 2021, A+ Technician from CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator from Microsoft, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft, Network+ Technician from CompTIA, and Security+ (SY0-501) from CompTIA.
