Sara O'Connor

Sara O'Connor is an experienced training and consulting professional currently serving as Training Lead at Altis Consulting since April 2021, after a six-year partnership with the organization. As the owner of SOC Consulting since February 2015, Sara offers customized leadership and communication skills training workshops. Previous roles include ownership and programme design at Message Train, temp placements at Cox Purtell Staffing Services, facilitation at The Maura Fay Group, and post-production supervision at Global Television Studio. Sara holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Music Performance from the University of Wollongong, along with accreditation in DiSC from Integro and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment from MWT Group.
