Corin McCarthy

Corin McCarthy serves as the General Counsel for Altisource since March 2015, leading commercial transactions, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and governance while managing a global team of attorneys in high-stakes legal matters across various jurisdictions. Responsibilities include overseeing labor and employment issues, government relations, public policy initiatives, and the management of the company's insurance program. Prior to Altisource, Corin held various positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from July 2000 to March 2015, including Partner, where comprehensive litigation experience was gained in complex commercial matters. Corin holds a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law and a Cum Laude B.A. in English from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
