Ruth Kielczewski is an accomplished communication specialist with extensive experience in customer communications and creative direction across various industries. Currently serving as a Specialist in Customer Communications at Altisource since November 2014, Ruth directs effective communication strategies and develops customer satisfaction surveys while maintaining user documentation for complaint management systems. Previously held leadership roles at Chase Paymentech, where Ruth significantly improved customer experience and managed merchant communications. Ruth's creative expertise was honed through positions as Associate Creative Director at Javelin Direct and Creative Director at The Focus Agency. With a proven track record in direct marketing and client management beginning in 1985, Ruth possesses a strong foundation in mass communications, holding a degree from Truman State University.
