Jim Rees brings extensive leadership experience in customer experience and project management across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Customer Experience at Altium Packaging, Jim focuses on developing KPIs that reflect customer perception, centralizing customer service operations, and implementing efficient warehousing strategies. Previously, at MetLife, Jim led a major global program resulting in significant cost savings. Jim's tenure at AIG included overseeing substantial project portfolios with multimillion-dollar budgets and implementing customer experience procedures. Jim's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the founder and COO of Cyama, Inc., where technology strategy and business development were key responsibilities. Jim holds a BA in Molecular Biology from Colgate University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
