Jon Elliott

Jon Elliott, MBA, currently serves as the Plant Manager at Altium Packaging since February 2021. Previously, Jon served as Engineering Manager at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, managing a 13-member department and overseeing a capital budget exceeding $40 million for a tire manufacturing plant. Jon’s experience includes the role of Engineering and Maintenance Manager at CertainTeed Ceilings, where responsibilities included maintenance and capital planning with a budget of approximately $2 million. As Plant Engineer at Georgia Pacific, Jon oversaw capital planning for a Gypsum Board and Plaster Plant while managing a budget of $10 million to $15 million. Additionally, Jon held the plant manager role at Georgia Pacific, ensuring high performance in workplace safety and environmental compliance. Jon began the career at Nestle Prepared Foods, where Jon initiated Total Productive Maintenance in one of only three reference factories in North America. Jon holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
