Michael Ross has over 22 years of work experience in human resources and labor relations. Michael started their career as a Human Resource Manager at Candle Corporation of America in 1998. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Major Reflector Products, where they managed HR policies and procedures for a 200-employee manufacturing facility with non-union and union workforces. Since 2004, they have been with Altium Packaging, where they initially served as a Senior Manager, Employee Relations and later became the Director, Labor & Employment Compliance. In their current role, they provide expertise in employment law, employee/labor relations, and collective bargaining agreements.
Michael Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
