Michael Stevens

Michael Stevens is currently serving as the Nutrition Performance Excellence Lead at ADM, where they focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions. Previously, they held various positions, including Director of Continuous Improvement at Domtar and Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at Altium Packaging. With a strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence, Michael has also contributed as a Commercialization Portfolio Manager at Amcor and a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Alcoa. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
