Igor Ganowicz

Igor Ganowicz is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at Altium® since January 2023, overseeing the entire recruitment process across multiple countries including the UK, Poland, Germany, and the US. Igor has a strong background in technical recruitment, having previously served as a Technical Recruiter and IT Recruitment Partner at Bee Talents from May 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included conducting end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and advising on recruitment processes. Additional experience includes roles as an IT Recruitment Partner at OLX Group and as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Semantive, as well as earlier positions in recruiting and project management. Igor holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and also pursued studies at KU Leuven.
