Michal Faruga is a seasoned professional in product management and software development with extensive experience in the electronic design automation (EDA) industry. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Altium® since June 2017, Michal drives the definition of the ECAD Data Management & Collaboration platform, Altium NEXUS Server. Prior experience includes roles at Mentor Graphics, where Michal held various positions including Product Marketing Manager, leading product definition efforts for data management environments, as well as Software Developer Team Leader and Engineer, focusing on Java/CPP/SQL solutions. Early career roles included software development for Motorola and Breakpoint, as well as a junior developer role at AIUT. Michal holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology.
