Gaurav Agarwal

Gaurav Agarwal is currently the Circle HR Head for UPE at Altius, where they lead HR and administrative functions. They have previously held key HR roles at prominent companies such as Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, and Hindalco Industries, contributing to talent management and employee engagement initiatives. Gaurav is also an alumnus of XLRI, having achieved a postgraduate degree in Strategic HR Leadership Management, and is enrolled in an Executive Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. They are dedicated to integrating strategic HR deliverables with business objectives while fostering a performance-oriented culture.
