Altivist Executive Coaching works with senior leaders, founders, and investors who are ready to do more than optimize their performance.

Most coaching focuses on making you a better executive. Altivist focuses on making you a more integrated person who happens to lead — understanding the patterns, beliefs, and identities underneath how you lead, so that your professional success actually serves your values.

Founded by Pete Deininger — former institutional portfolio manager, executive, and Hudson Institute Certified Coach — Altivist brings the perspective of someone who has done the work himself. Pete left a successful executive career not because it wasn't working, but because he wasn't. That experience shapes everything about how he works with clients.

Altivist offers individual executive coaching and HighPoint Expeditions — small-group wilderness intensives in Utah's backcountry for leaders ready to step outside their usual context and do deeper work.

Based in Park City, Utah. Working with clients nationally.
