Phil Codrington

Phil Codrington is a seasoned strategy professional with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Principal at Altman Solon since July 2021. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Strategy Consultant and Director on diverse projects, including growth strategy for an Australian online retailer and corporate strategy for an insurer. Previously, Phil held positions at Bain & Company as a Consultant, and at Venture Consulting as a Senior Manager, where expertise in media, telecoms, and digital strategy was leveraged. Early career roles included Strategy Manager at News Corporation, Strategy Analyst at Optus, and roles within the Graduate Programme at Telstra, underpinned by dual degrees in Commerce and Science from the University of Adelaide.
