AltMat is an Alternative Materials company building Materials of Future. We transform agriculture waste into natural fibres and yarns - we call them ALT materials. Materials that balance performance and sustainability.

Why?
Textiles immensely damage the environment. For instance, polyester is plastic. Fashion wants to shift to better materials, but choosing between environment and economics has been an either-or choice. ‘No More!’

How?
Using materials science and sustainable proprietary technologies, we transform this waste of plants like Hemp Seed Oil, Pineapple, Kenaf, Nettle, Banana, Industrial Hemp etc.into natural bast fibres and yarns.
