Lesley Eberle

Lesley Eberle's work experience starts with their role as a Demand Analyst at The Master Lock Company in 2003. Lesley then moved to a Financial Analyst position and later became a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2009, they were promoted to Manager, leading FP&A activities and implementing Oracle Business Intelligence. In 2014, Lesley joined Diversey as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis but soon moved to Cielo Talent due to a company relocation. At Cielo Talent, they served as a Manager, then a Director, and eventually became the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, responsible for guiding business strategy and scaling operations. In 2019, they joined Stats Perform as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Lesley played a vital role in maintaining financial operations while also embarking on process and systems improvement initiatives. In 2020, Lesley took on the role of Vice President of Finance at Array Behavioral Care. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Finance at Alto Pharmacy, starting in 2023.

Lesley Eberle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1997 to 2001. Lesley then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Lubar College of Business from 2007 to 2010.
