Matthew Bauer

Matthew Bauer has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical field. Matthew started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2007 and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they served as a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens for a short period. Matthew joined Walgreens again in 2013 as a Pharmacist and worked in various roles, including Pharmacy Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Alto Pharmacy as a Patient Care Pharmacist and later became the Patient Care Pharmacist Lead in April 2020.

Matthew Bauer earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Iowa between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interdepartmental Studies: Multidisciplinary Sciences at the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Matthew became a Registered Pharmacist in California, Illinois, and Colorado. Matthew obtained these certifications from the California State Board of Pharmacy, the Illinois State Board of Pharmacy, and the Colorado State Board of Pharmacy, respectively.
