Roberto M. possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ALTOGEN since January 2017, Roberto previously worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Novartis, where responsibilities included optimization of freezing/thawing processes and development of bottle filling systems. Roberto has also held various project management roles at multiple consulting companies, focusing on pharmaceutical industries, and began a career in engineering with Hydrochem Srl, providing sales and technical support for industrial wastewater treatment. The foundational engineering education includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by studies at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse.
