Tom Eidt

Tom Eidt currently serves as General Counsel at Alto since July 2025, previously holding the same position at Securitize from March 2021 to March 2025 and at Omniex Holdings, Inc. in 2018-2019. Prior experience includes Assistant General Counsel at KCG Holdings, Inc. from 2009 to 2017 and serving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1998 to 2009 as Assistant Director in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations and Special Counsel in Trading and Markets. Tom Eidt's responsibilities at the SEC involved directing inspections and examinations for compliance with federal securities laws and overseeing anti-fraud and anti-manipulation rules. Tom Eidt earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
