Stephen Scott

Stephen Scott is the Senior Director of Financing and Indigenous Participation at ALTO, where they focus on fostering partnerships with Indigenous communities. Previously, they served as the Director of Investments at the Canada Infrastructure Bank, successfully closing nearly $600 million in loans for community infrastructure projects. With a background in commercial banking, Stephen has received multiple national performance awards during their tenure at RBC and TD. A proud member of the Métis Nation of Ontario, Stephen actively engages in Indigenous reconciliation efforts and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
