Graham Hatch

Graham Hatch has over 20 years of professional experience, starting in 1995 with their role as Label Manager at PolStar Records. Graham then moved on to EMI Music, where they became the Dance Department Head and successfully licensed multiple Gold and Platinum projects. In 2002, Graham co-developed a start-up business, 2Dance Recording Company/MusicaOnline.pt, which became a leading independent music company. During their time there, they managed licensing agreements with rights holders worldwide and launched Portugal's first online music store. From 2008 to 2015, Graham worked at Impressme Communications Studio, providing business development and communication services to a variety of clients. Graham then joined YP Marketing Solutions as a Digital Sales Executive, handling client accounts and becoming Google Certified in AdWords. Graham's work at Xerox - Agency as an Account Manager followed, before they took on the role of Sales Executive at Mode5, a Managed IT Services company. In 2020, they became a Business Development Specialist at Dragon360, where they partnered with brands on digital marketing strategies. Most recently, Graham served as a Business Development professional at ListenFirst, a social analytics solution provider, before joining Altourage as a Client Success Manager in 2022.

Graham Hatch has obtained an European Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from ESCP Business School.
