Altourage was formed through the merger of Cartwheel and Clinic IT, and it specializes in serving clients in the financial, tech, professional services, and nonprofit sectors. Karl's role at Altourage involves using their technical expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service to empower clients in harnessing the power of technology. Prior to their current position, Karl served as the CEO of Clinic IT for over ten years. Clinic IT is a trusted business partner for creative, financial, and commerce-driven businesses. Karl led the company in applying modern and agile methodologies to application development and IT infrastructure management, resulting in consistent and timely delivery of services.

Karl Nelson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
