Tony Malanka began their work experience as an IT Engineering Intern at PHD Virtual Technologies in 2011, where they gained administrative experience with SAN/NAS systems, Cisco networking, and Windows 2008 Domain. Tony also provided support for end-user environments and developed strategies for network and user reform plans.

In 2012, Malanka worked as a Resident Technician at Staples before joining GoVanguard as a Systems Engineer in 2014. At GoVanguard, they focused on system engineering tasks.

Malanka then worked as a Technician at Peggnet Computers, providing on-site support to the School District of Chester, NJ. Tony was responsible for end-user support and engineering in a Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 environment.

From 2015 to 2016, Malanka worked as a Field Engineer at Express Stores, LLC, where they managed technical buildouts for new wireless stores, including workstation and network installations.

In 2016, Malanka joined Atlantic Tomorrow's Office as a NOC Technician, where they focused on network operations center tasks.

From 2018 to 2020, Malanka worked as a Senior Engineer at TeamLogic IT of Morristown, specializing in creating solutions and simplifying technology for small and medium businesses.

In 2020, Malanka transitioned to a role as an Information Technology Help Desk Manager at NuMSP, where they were responsible for managing the help desk team and contributing to company-wide projects and initiatives.

In 2020, Malanka also worked as a Solutions Engineer at Homefield IT, overseeing migration and upgrades for medium-large business clients. Tony handled day-to-day client-facing management of projects, primarily focused on Azure AD, VM environments, Meraki-based networks, and Microsoft 365.

Most recently, Malanka started working at Altourage in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. Tony leads project management on complex projects such as office builds, cloud migrations, and client onboarding. Additionally, they collaborate with senior resources to develop and test various project procedures. The role is ongoing.

Tony Malanka attended County College of Morris from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Prior to that, they attended Morris County Vocational School District from 2008 to 2012, though the field of study is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Tony obtained the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification from Microsoft in January 2022.
