Tim Cummins

Tim Cummins has a diverse work experience in various companies. Tim co-founded AltraTech Ltd in 2013, where they served as the CTO and played a significant role in the field of biotechnology and DNA/RNA viral health diagnostics. Before that, they worked at Silicon Labs Ireland from 2010 to 2013 as the MD and Product Line Director. During this time, they launched new digital sensors, managed design teams, and handled IP strategy. Prior to that, Tim was the Founder and CEO of ChipSensors, which was later acquired by Silicon Labs. Tim invented and developed novel single-chip digital sensors and successfully negotiated a trade sale. From 2003 to 2007, they founded and led Cratlon Ltd, a consultancy firm specializing in IC design, training, and product marketing. Tim started their career at Analog Devices in 1992, where they held various roles, including Mixed-Signal IC Designer and IC Design & Technology Manager. Tim designed various ICs and managed multiple design groups across different locations.
