Zev Mandelbaum

Zev Mandelbaum is the President & CEO of Altree Developments, a real estate development company focusing on residential and hospitality projects in North America and the Caribbean. Mandelbaum also has experience as a Co-Founder and Principal at MarlinSpring Investments, and has worked in acquisitions, management, and leasing roles at various companies. Mandelbaum holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Touro College and has studied at Mir Yeshiva College Jerusalem and Kol Torah Rabbinical College.
