Gavin Steele

Gavin Steele is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at ALTRES since November 2023. Previously, Gavin held the Director of Product Management position at Fluxx from February 2017 to May 2022, where leadership of the product team facilitated the development of a cloud-based product portfolio serving over 300 foundations. Gavin’s extensive career includes roles such as Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Fluxx, where accomplishments included launching successful products and establishing a customer advisory board, respectively. Prior positions at Laplace Systems, DotPerformance, and bOnline Limited further showcase expertise in product development, user research, and team leadership. Gavin holds a degree in Multimedia Systems from Liverpool John Moores University and additional qualifications in teaching and CISCO.
