John Fielding

John Fielding is the Director of Risk Management for ALTRES, Inc. and Simplicity HR, where they oversee Workers Compensation, TDI, safety, and other HR needs for a workforce of over 30,000 employees statewide. They also own Hawaii Catholic Television and have collaborated on projects for the US Navy and other notable clients. John served in the United States Navy and values their commitments to family, faith, and community. They hold degrees in Human Resources from Hawaii Pacific University and in East Asian Language and Engineering from the University of Southern California.
