Altria
Bob McCarter serves as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Altria Client Services. In this role, he supervises the management of tobacco, health and other litigation brought against Altria Group and its operating companies throughout the country.
In 2015, Bob joined ALCS as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to that, he spent 18 years in private practice representing the company in a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions, appellate litigation, and smoking and health trials. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 1994 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1997.
Bob serves on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of Greater Washington, DC.
