Brian Hill is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in analytical solutions and statistical modeling. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Altria since October 2018, Brian manages a team of eight, focusing on marketing attribution and incrementality through innovative products such as Marketing Mix Models and in-market experimentation. Previously, Brian held roles as Senior Manager of Retail Optimization and Associate Manager of Digital Analytics at Altria, where significant advancements in A/B testing and marketing measurement frameworks were established. Prior experience includes analysis roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and Bank of America, where expertise in financial data analytics and operations consulting was developed. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master’s degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
