Charles Epps

Charles Epps has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and engineering, holding leadership positions primarily at Altria since 2006, where roles have included Senior Director of Manufacturing and Senior Manager of Manufacturing. Responsibilities have encompassed developing and managing product metrics, executing change control processes, and leading cross-functional productivity improvement projects. Previous experience includes significant roles at Covidien, where oversight of the Six Sigma program and supplier inventory strategies were key, as well as positions in process engineering and production supervision. Epps has demonstrated expertise in cost reduction, quality enhancement, and operational excellence across various industries, supported by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and an MBA from Averett University.
