Cynthia Cecil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory strategy and editorial services within the tobacco industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Editorial Services at Altria since January 2018, Cynthia provides critical editorial support for FDA-related new product applications. Prior roles at Altria include Senior Editor for PMTA submissions and Senior Manager of Regulatory Strategy, reflecting a strong foundation in compliance and quality assurance. Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business, a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia.
